Great and concise ! Yes, it is a hard work to do for oneself and by oneself, but it could be that one of the reason most of us never start is we cannot start to imagine how it feels after it has progressed enough, the gain is worth the pain and along the way the pain deminishes simply because many of the lacks are not lacking any more, better we realize they were futile, unnecessary complications which prime purpose was to slow down our development and can easily be replaced by meaningful helpful actions, then we grow and the mirror becomes our friend.
