The dualities have always existed spanning across time.Whether it be the earliest via the Hinduists/Buddhists through Frederich Neitche as the more familiarly recognized as the ones with the courage to face down self denial are the born generational pattern breakers that inherited the integrity to face the dark seeking resolution
Carl Yung later termed as Shadow Work that many followers of such possess the spiritual immunity to face the elephants in the room within and to use the energetic force against itself to grow on the deep subconscious of behalf of the collective.

Wow! Absolutely fascinating. I have been doing intense chronic introspection and shadow work and I am starting to reach these conclusions…
The outer world reflects our inner split and just take a look at it now, it’s insanely polarized, SCREAMING to be reconciled while people run and scream wanted acceptance due to their inner child wounds..the sad thing is…we are becoming face to face with our subconscious that wants that balance and reconciliation. This apocalypse of our day is doing just that, FORCING us to face that split and reconcile our darkness. The sad thing is people are still running from that and will run all the way into their graves…how scary for the people who never practiced introspection to be existing right now. Some people have a lot of catching up to do and that’s worrying. Ive been doing inner work for years and it’s still very very hard.
They sleep and don’t see the truth because they refuse to, they have been betraying themselves their whole lives. They have been crapping on their gift of selfhood, and they externalized everything to the point where they cannot reconcile.
You’re right, everything tries to keep us from ourselves, and tries to keep us from this introspection, and people run from introspection because..it’s so so painful and hurts very bad. Matrix upon matrix has been overlayed over us to dampen that internal seeking.
It is truly the only way to heal is by going inside, and then you realize you have the choice to change your world, and you realize lies upon lies, and become closer to the truth and who you really are. It’s liberation…and the dark rulers of this world hate liberation! We are the true masters of our reality but they want us to think they are.
